I started this consulting idea with one thing in mind - how can I help other AmeriCorps professionals have a better career than I did?

After over 12 years directly managing programming, members, state and national partnerships, I always found myself drawn to passing on what I have learned. By growing the success of all programs, I can help more communities than just my own.

From compliance to grant writing to budgeting to protecting your mental health, I would be honored to support your team, or yourself, on your own journey through AmeriCorps. Being in your corner, supporting and advocating your goals, is what this idea of consulting is all about.

Holding a Master’s in public administration, serving as program director and AmeriCorps compliance lead in state and national organizations, along with years of Board service as Treasurer in community organizations, positions me as someone you can rely on to support you. And the hope is to one day add more skilled AmeriCorps professionals to this team, to greater serve our community! We’re just getting started!

And oh yeah, I’m Nick DiColandrea, founder of B2B Consulting and “AmeriCorps Grandpa” as referred to by my friends! Family and fun are a big part of who I am. I am lucky to have three great kids, a wicked smart wife, and a rescue pup. When not working on consulting or my work on climate change, you will find me taking family trips, listening to Disney jazz, or re-watching Star Wars Return of the Jedi for the 80th time.
